AIVC 2024 Conference evaluation results

We are pleased to share the main findings from the evaluation questionnaire of the 44^th AIVC conference “Retrofitting the Building Stock: Challenges and Opportunities for Indoor Environmental Quality.” The survey was sent to 170 attendees, with 89 participants completing the evaluation.

Key Outcomes:

• Overall Satisfaction: 96% of participants indicated that the conference met their expectations.
• Recommendation Rate: 85% of attendees would recommend the conference to others.
• Future Attendance: 74% of respondents expressed willingness to attend another conference on this topic.
• Conference Sessions Content: 97% of participants agreed that the sessions were appropriate and informative.
• Quality of Information Presented: 93% rated the quality of the information as excellent or good.
• Conference Organization: 96% of participants felt the event was well-organized.
• Registration Process: 97% were very or rather satisfied with the registration process.
• Conference Publicity: 84% reported being very or rather satisfied with the conference’s publicity efforts.
• Conference Venue: 90% of attendees were very or rather satisfied with the venue.
• Food & Beverages: 88% of participants were very or rather satisfied with the catering.
