LoginIdentified thermophilic actinomycetes contamination of the forced air systems as the sensitizing agents for most of the cases of hypersensitivity pneumonitis in eight patients. Concludes that patients should avoid the contaminated systems and use corticosteroids in severe cases as therapy for the disease.
