LoginAir conditioning in passenger car is an important part of the modern train technology. The induction unit (IDU) - the terminal equipment of induced draft system - is studied in this paper. Some experiments were done to investigate its characteristics including fluid field of return air inlet and supply air outlet, velocity decrease of supply air outlet resistance characteristic and induction ratio.
