That is based finally on the fact that the draft standard to the control devicedid not come beyond the objection phase. Thus the control device is still anunregulated electronic component and requires a general approval by GermanInstitut for Structural Engineering (Deutsches Institut fr Bautechnik). No applicantattained this permission until today. That is probably because of the fact, that onecould not agree safety-related secured upon the placement of the sensing element.According to the German building laws thereby a control device cannot be used.
