Abstract Buildings equipped with state of the art heating/cooling systems and their energeticoptimization require air and radiation temperature value pairs set by controls so, that the value pairsfall within a range considered as comfortable. Many diagrams have been published in the literature, dimensions and shape of the areas are significantly different neither the basic principle of theirdrawing up is described, therefore it is necessary to develop a diagram of temperature comfort rangeon a scientific basis. In this paper the development process of this new comfort diagram is describedbeing able to be used for the building quality categories defined by CR 1752.Abst in hot environmentWe have used Fangers comfort equations as a basis and the mathematical software MAPLE fordevelopment the warm asymmetrical radiation is a comfort problems in Libya also and demonstratedmethod is applicable in this kind of hot environment. , a warm asymmetrical radiation is simulatedand airflow and good insulated are used against this effect, possibly leading again to an unpleasantthermal feeling. The questions are: the temperature and direction of the airflow can solve theseproblems. The results of the calculation by the standard are not exact because we have two so-called local discomfort parameters and this is a special combined effects problem. In the paper, we analyze the problems and talking about the in site investigation methods using diagrams for show the different PMV and PPD.
