The last object of this study is to develop standard method for building insulation performance on-site evaluation using Infra-red camera. The goals of this study are 1) to propose the Temperature Difference Ratio (TDR) which is an on-site evaluation index for building thermal performance, 2) to measure thermal condition of the mock-up structure as actual building structure by T-type thermocouple sensor and infrared camera, 3) to perform heat transfer simulation on the mock-up structure by PHYSIBEL simulation program, 4) to analyze measurement and simulation results. The insulation performance evaluation method obtained on the basis of the study will be utilized for evaluation of insulation defects after the completion of the construction of a new building and quantitative evaluation of insulation performance before and after repairs, therein contributing to the improvement of the environment and thermal performance of the building.
